Job description

This role responsibility is to provide business insight and on the ground support to Retail, seek out areas for improvements and insight to enhance business efficiency and effectiveness. The position requires to take an active role in building and maintaining key internal relationships, continually assess, analyse and improve all operational aspects and provide business insight. High level of communication, reflecting company standards, contributing to efficiencies and implementing new processes are expected.

Responsibilities
  • Work with individual functions to determine necessary information and develop automated reports to ensure that information is easily accessible
  • Prepare internal and market analysis to highlight opportunities and provide insight to make business decision
  • Work with District Manager to determine top line growth target, monthly store target and KPI to drive the business forward to the company goals
  • Be the centre of communication and key support between retail team and office team to ensure effective communication and all retail related initiatives
  • Troubleshoot Retail operation problems with relevant division e.g. IT, Finance etc and administrative support for the retail team
  • Provide regular on the ground support to have better understanding of the business
Requirements

  • Strong computer skills, proficient use of Microsoft Office (including Excel, MS Project, MS PowerPoint) and Outlook.

  • Solid understanding of Retail operations
  • Native level Japanese communication skills. Preferably business-level communication skills in English.
