This job is posted as part of our seasonal hiring for Spring/Summer, 2026, it will be a full time seasonal role.

Role & Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests, promoting products like jackets, hats, sunscreen, and custom souvenirs
• Operate a point‑of‑sale system (RTP) to sell products, handle transactions, and manage pricing
• Maintain product knowledge to provide personalized recommendations and enhance guest experience
• Resolve sales issues such as scanning errors, exchanges, and returns efficiently
• Ensure store setup is complete, including till preparation and supply readiness, before opening
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and complete administrative tasks like inventory counting and filing
• Communicate with other departments, including Lift Operators and Guest Service Agents, to enhance operations
• Provide information about weather, hiking trail conditions, and tram operations
• Follow cash handling procedures and submit end‑of‑day reports to supervisors
• Comply with safety regulations and perform additional duties as assigned

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Previous retail experience is an asset

• Second language an asset
