  • Plan , direct, and evaluate the operations of wholesale and retail sales establishments or departments within such establishments.
  • Manage personnel and delegate responsibilities.
  • Investigate market research and trends to ascertain consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the impact of competitors’ operations on sales.
  • Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, as well as the pricing and credit policies to be followed
  • Find, select, and purchase merchandise for resale.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies
  • Plan budgets and authorize expenditures
  • Determine staffing needs and hire or supervise the hiring of personnel.
Requirements
