in Vernon, British Columbia, (2739 30th Street, Vernon, BC V1T 5C6) is seeking a Multi-Unit Restaurant Operation Manager to start immediately in our Northern BC area of operations. Cities of services include: 100 Mile House, Williams Lake, Vanderhoof, Burns Lake, Smithers, Terrace and Kitimat. A valid driver’s license and the ability and willingness to do up to 60% overnight travel are required. If not already residing in the area, relocation to a mutually agreed upon location in the area would be expected.
Base Salary: $54,000 to $76,128 annual - depending upon experience

The Restaurant Operation Manager is responsible for all aspects of restaurant operations including the quality and consistency of the customer experience, adherence to A&W standards, Provincial WCB, Employment and Health Regulations, the development of a motivated and productive team of employees, and ultimately, the growth and profitability of the business. The primary responsibility is to ensure that our restaurants achieve operational, financial and people development targets.
