  • Job Type: Full time, permanent position with 30 hours per week.
  • Compensation: $37 per hour, overtime at the rate of 1.5 after 8 hours per day/40 hours per week

Key duties
  • Plan and oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service, high-quality food, and excellent customer experiences.
  • Recruit and evaluate restaurant staff, ensuring they meet performance standards and follow company policies.
  • Manage scheduling, and monitor staff performance to maintain efficiency and proper staffing levels.
  • Maintain inventory, order supplies, and control costs to optimize profitability.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, attract new customers, and retain regular clientele.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, and address any operational issues promptly.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints, resolving issues to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and other departments to support restaurant operations and special events.
  • Monitor financial performance, prepare reports, and propose improvements to maximize efficiency and profitability.
