The Restaurant General Manager has the overall responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant and ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation. This position requires someone who will operate the restaurant as if it was theirs, while ensuring company cost and labor targets are met at all times.

Position Responsibilities
  • Provide a top-notch guest experience
  • Prepare our world-famous chicken at the highest quality standards
  • Serve beverages, cook fresh and frozen products according to specifications
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction
  • Handle cash, reconcile cash and daily paperwork
  • Manage financial controls, operations, people development, customer service, and compliance
  • Maintain and order inventory and supplies
  • Train and develop team members and shift managers to achieve operational excellence
  • Address in-store issues and communicate plans to the team
  • Ensure all staff follow health, safety, and security codes
  • Meet restaurant financial and strategic objectives, establish and monitor financial controls, initiate corrective actions, and develop community relationships
  • Recruit, select, hire, train, and retain effective team talent
  • Communicate job expectations, enforce policies and procedures, review job contributions
