Restaurant Leadership Experience: Prefer
2+ years in a General Manager or equivalent high-volume restaurant leadership role. You’ve successfully led teams,
delivered strong financial results, and created
exceptional guest experiences.
Proven People Leadership: You’re a
mentor, motivator, and culture builder who knows how to
hire, train, and develop an engaged team of
50-100 team members.
Business & Financial Acumen: You understand
P&L management, labor control, food costs, inventory, and local marketing strategies. You know how to
maximize profitability while delivering a world-class experience.
Hospitality-Driven Mindset: You understand that
service isn’t just about food—it’s about creating memorable moments that keep guests coming back.
Operational Mastery: You’re experienced in
