  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve Human Resources objectives.
  • Enforce company policies, nurture culture, and maintain the highest service standards.
  • Oversee the successful day‑to‑day operations of private dining, corporate functions, and events.
  • Resolve conflicts and implement changes to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Manage consumption estimates and orders with suppliers.
  • Maintain budget, records, and compliance with Health and Safety Regulations.
  • Prioritize maintenance and repairs, focusing on guest experience and safety.
  • Boost growth and sales through marketing initiatives and outstanding service.
  • Foster an engaging environment where all associates are focused on delivering an authentic guest experience.
Qualifications:
  • Willingness to undergo a current Background Check.
  • Eligible to work in Canada without restrictions.
  • 5+ years of restaurant experience in the hospitality industry.
  • 4+ years of progressive leadership experience.
  • Strong business acumen and organizational skills.
  • Post‑Secondary Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
  • Smart Serve Certified, Food Handler Certification, Joint Health & Safety Committee Certification (considered an asset).
