Located on the traditional lands of the Osoyoos Indian Band, in the town of Osoyoos, working at Spirit Ridge Resort is a very unique opportunity to be in the heart of wine country. Where else in Canada can you find a resort with a golf course, two pools, beachfront water sports, onsite winery and a first nations cultural center all in one place? All this in the warmest place in Canada, surrounded by fruit orchards, wineries, breweries and Canada’s warmest lake.

What You Do:

OurResort Maintenance Technicians are responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting environment. This position is responsible for conducting building and departmental maintenance and repairs. Maintenance Technicians are responsible for the upkeep of property grounds, facilities, equipment and various utility systems working within a team environment or individually.

To apply, you should have relevant previous experience in general maintenance techniques and repair work. Maintenance Technicians must have the ability to communicate well both written and verbally and certification in electrical repairs, HVAC maintenance, plumbing and/or pool chemical is beneficial but not a prerequisite. Able to work a flexible schedule is required in this position as well as the ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight.

  • Able to adapt to and embrace change

  • Great physical shape
  • Able to be on your feet and moving around all day
  • Able to work in the heat and in winter conditions
