A leading cloud-based software company in Toronto is seeking a Renewals Manager to enhance customer success through strategic relationships and effective problem-solving. This role requires proven success in sales or renewals, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across functions. The position aims to minimize customer attrition and optimize financial outcomes. Excellent Salesforce proficiency is preferred.
We are looking for a Renewals Manager to join our growing team, who will build strategic relationships with Sales, Customer Success, Finance and Operations in order to minimize attrition, accurately forecast risk and drive customer success. You will be responsible for identifying and analyzing risk during the Customer contract term by engaging with Customers and internal collaborators to resolve the underlying issue while optimizing the financial outcome, maintaining accurate forecasts and driving customer success, adhering to all Salesforce policies.
