• Experience with Application Managed Services methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an onshore consultant focusing on Functional/Technical workstreams for assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with the Global Delivery Center team on daily activities, incidents, and root cause analysis.
• Provide on-call support and holiday coverage as required.
• Maintain the Workday platform, ensuring effective reporting and data management.
