Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in project delivery or analysis.
• 4+ years of experience in conversational AI or voice application design.
• Hands-on experience with Google Dialogflow or similar NLU platforms.
• Strong background in business or systems analysis is a plus.
• Excellent writing skills and attention to linguistic detail.
• Bilingual fluency in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Design and document conversation flows for IVR and virtual agents.
• Define user journeys and error-handling logic.
• Collaborate with business analysts on conversational specifications.
• Work with NLU teams to fine-tune intents and conversational logic.
• Support testing and provide recommendations for improvement.
