Qualifications

• 2-5 years of technical service or support experience in paints & coatings.
• A good command of French is necessary; bilingual French/English preferred.
• Must be able to lift 25kg and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide full technical support to customers, including onsite troubleshooting.
• Analyze product issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Build strong relationships with customer technical teams.
