Qualifications

• 5+ years nursing experience with 3 years in CV patient care.
• RN licensure in WA and OR upon hire required.
• Management and program development experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient cases for specific departments.
• Act as liaison for patients and families.
• Develop clinical guidelines and documentation.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary planning conferences.
