Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including Controller-level responsibilities.
• Audit experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, with US GAAP as an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle accounting activities including AP/AR and payroll.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Support IFRS and TSX-V reporting requirements.
• Lead audit and consolidation processes.
• Ensure compliance with Canadian, US, and international tax regulations.
• Improve financial processes and internal controls.
