A leading union benefits company is seeking candidates to support union members by answering questions about their benefits. Responsibilities include handling calls, setting appointments, and reviewing options. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and a customer service background, while enjoying perks like a full benefits package, remote work, and opportunities for leadership development. Eligible candidates must be able to work legally in the U.S. or Canada.

In this role, you’ll focus on supporting union members who request information about their benefits. Daily activities include:
Handling inbound and outbound calls
Setting appointments and conducting virtual presentations
Reviewing benefits and options with members
Completing and processing necessary paperwork
Ensuring quality control and client satisfaction
Building leadership skills and growing into advanced roles
We’re looking for candidates who bring:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service and relationship‑building abilities
A positive, energetic, and professional attitude
The ability to connect with individuals and groups effectively
Team‑player mindset and strong interpersonal skills
Prior customer service or sales experience (preferred, not required)
Eligibility to legally work in the U.S. or Canada
