A staffing agency is looking for a motivated Remote Data Entry Clerk/File Clerk to join their team in Mississauga, Canada. This role involves entering data using current technology, responding to inquiries, and preparing documents for data entry. Data Entry Clerk/File Clerk We are looking for a motivated team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast paced, office environment. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and able to multi-task effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Enter variety of data using current technology.
  • Respond to general inquiries in a timely manner concerning related activities.
  • Prepare and sort documents for data entry.
  • Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes.
  • Review and enter data updates in the systems.
  • Review discrepancies in data received.
  • Advise supervisor of issues related to data.
Experience, Education & Skills Qualifications
  • Work experience must demonstrate organization, time management, and customer service skills.
  • Must be accurate, detail-oriented, and well organized.
  • Must have a friendly cheerful presence over the phone.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, both written and verbal are required.
  • Previous experience in the healthcare staffing industry is preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrated initiative and enthusiasm for serving our applicants, clients, and caregivers.
  • Requires interaction with a diverse population.
  • Longevity in employment history a must.
  • Must be proactive, take initiative, and work effectively in teams as well as independently.
  • Ability to multi-task on several projects and tasks.
  • Flexible.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7 am to 3 pm, plus required overtime as needed.
