A leading cannabis company, operating in Ottawa, is seeking a Manager of Compensation who will oversee the administration of compensation programs. This full-time, remote-first position requires 5–7 years of progressive experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel. The successful candidate will manage equity plans, support public company compensation disclosures, and partner effectively across functions.
