Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Remote Administrative & Customer Support Associate to manage front-line communications, data entry, and day-to-day office operations. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates professionally, and maintains high accuracy in administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
Customer Service
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
  • Resolve complaints and provide accurate product / service information
  • Maintain a positive and professional tone in all interactions
  • Document customer feedback and escalate issues when necessary
Data Entry
  • Input and update customer, vendor, and inventory data into CRM or spreadsheets
  • Verify accuracy of data and correct inconsistencies
  • Generate reports and summaries from entered data
  • Maintain organized digital filing systems
Administrative & Office Support
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate virtual appointments
  • Prepare documents, presentations, and internal communications
  • Handle email correspondence and follow-ups
  • Order supplies and manage vendor relationships (if applicable)
  • Support team members with clerical and operational tasks
Qualifications
  • 2+ years experience in customer service, data entry, or administrative roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
