The Opportunity

We are currently looking to hire a Reliability Technician for our manufacturing facilities in Slave Lake, Alberta. Job duties include:

  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment
  • Utilize diagnostic tools to assess equipment health
  • Analyze failure modes and their impacts on operations
  • Document and report on equipment performance and maintenance activities
  • Support root cause analysis investigations and corrective actions
Working Conditions
  • Exposed to noise, dust, falling debris, moving machinery, weather extremes, splinters, slipping and tripping hazards
  • Lifting heavy, awkward objects and climbing on equipment may be required
  • Required use of PPE appropriate for the task and working conditions
Must have
  • Certification in Reliability Engineering or Maintenance Management
  • 3-5 years of reliability experience, preferably working in a wood products manufacturing facility
  • Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
  • Proficiency with diagnostic and predictive maintenance tools
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • The desire to work a Monday – Friday shift schedule (44 hours per week)
