A robotics solutions provider in Canada is seeking a Field Service Technician to provide technical assistance, troubleshooting, and program modifications for robotic systems. Ideal candidates should possess an Associate's degree and at least six years of related experience. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, customer support, and training of junior technicians. The position requires travel and a valid driver's license. Under indirect supervision, provide technical assistance to include in-depth troubleshooting, programming and program modifications, corrective action and consulting services to customer base and Yaskawa America employees over the breadth of the Yaskawa America product line. Associates Degree (AA) and six years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
