Overview

As a Nurse (RN or RPN) with the organization, you will play a vital role in monitoring the health and well-being of our residents, while providing leadership and compassionate care. Your RN, RPN responsibilities will include coordinating residents' health needs, managing medication programs, and ensuring quality assurance and regulatory compliance. You'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents, their families, and your dedicated team, all while finding deep fulfillment in your work.

Responsibilities & Qualifications
  • RN, RPN identifies and addresses ongoing resident needs to promote the highest quality of care;
  • Conduct resident evaluations, wellness visits, and documentation;
  • Monitor and follow up on any resident falls, accidents, or incidents;
  • Assist with medication management, including transcribing orders and auditing MARs;
  • Demonstrate knowledge of key quality assurance and regulatory areas;
  • Contribute to the organization's engagement and improvement initiatives

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current BCCNM license as a RN, Registered Nurse; RPN, Registered Psychiatric Nurse;
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in home health, assisted living, or long-term care (preferred);
  • Strong assessment, communication, and problem-solving skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new applications
