A regional healthcare provider in British Columbia seeks a Registered Nurse/Registered Psychiatric Nurse. The role involves coordinating and delivering nursing care to clients, providing guidance to caregivers, and ensuring adherence to professional standards within a collaborative environment. Applicants must be registered with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives as either an RN or RPN and possess recent related experience. The Registered Nurse/ Registered Psychiatric Nurse coordinates and provides direct nursing care to an assigned group of residents/clients. Provides guidance to caregivers for resident /client care consistent with current standards of professional practice, the philosophy of care, and established organizational standards within an interdisciplinary care environment.
Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN registrant or a practicing RPN registrant. One year's recent related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
