Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the nursing care of our residents. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing the quality of life for those in our care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans for residents.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring compliance with best practices.
  • Monitor and document residents' health status and changes in condition.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care and support.
  • Educate residents and their families about health conditions, care plans, and available resources.
  • Uphold infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment.
Qualifications
  • Current registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM registry) required.
  • Valid CPR / First Aid certification required.
  • Previous experience in long-term care or geriatrics is an asset.
  • Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care.
