We are currently seeking experienced Registered Nurses from across Canada to relocate to beautiful British Columbia for full-time nursing opportunities across a wide range of acute care specialties.

Relocation support: We offer full relocation reimbursement and covered accommodations for out-of-province hires.

Facility Locations: Across all regions of British Columbia — We will do our best to place you in the location that best suits you.

Position Details: Full-time roles (37–40 hours/week), 3–12 month contracts or permanent employment options with full pension and benefits, with rotating day and night shifts

Compensation: $61.30–$65.35 per hour, plus time and a half and overtime at 2x. Extended health benefits and employer pension match available. Accommodations and travel covered for eligible hires.

Job Description (general duties by specialty):

  • Conduct assessments, develop and manage patient care plans, and deliver specialty-specific interventions
  • Respond to emergencies and perform critical interventions based on training and unit protocol (e.g., ACLS, NRP, perioperative standards)
  • Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products, and advanced procedures as appropriate for specialty
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in patient rounds, charting, and discharge planning
  • Ensure adherence to infection control, trauma, or specialty-specific protocols

Qualifications:

  • Active registration with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM) or eligible for transfer
  • Current BLS certification (mandatory); ACLS, NRP, or other specialty certifications (as applicable)
  • Specialty certification (e.g., Critical Care, Emergency Nursing, Perioperative) preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in your specialty (preferably in Canada)
  • Experience using EHR systems an asset
