A healthcare authority in Nova Scotia is looking for a Registered Nurse to provide nursing care in both hospital and community settings. This role requires registration with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives and up to two years of recent experience. Applicants must possess excellent communication skills, be able to organize their workload, and demonstrate physical ability to perform nursing duties. Reports to the Nurse Manager, Department Head, or designate. Plans and provides direct nursing care to patients/residents in the hospital or in the community in accordance with the unit/program philosophy, competency guidelines, policies, and the BC College of Nurses and Midwives Standards for Nursing Practice in British Columbia.
Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN registrant. Up to two (2) years recent, related experience depending on clinical setting.
