Qualifications

  • Completion of the 12th school grade including or supplemented by commercial courses.
  • Sound property management clerical experience or equivalent training.
  • Valid Driver's Licence for the Province of British Columbia.

Responsibilities

  • Verify and prepare bank deposits and reconcile AR accounts.
  • Process material related to new tenancies and tenant terminations.
  • Provide information and assistance to staff, tenants, and the public.
