This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and enjoys building strong relationships. As a Regional Associate, you’ll support a dynamic team of Senior Consultants (Wholesalers) and Regional Consultants (Inside sales), helping drive strategic initiatives and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
You’ll be part of a collaborative national sales team that values communication, adaptability, and a people-first approach. The role involves coordinating with multiple team members, managing logistics, and contributing to a positive team culture. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, proactive, and an excellent communicator.

The salary range for this position in Toronto is $60,000 Base/year. The total compensation offered for this position includes salary and incentive pay and will vary based on skills, experience and location.
