Qualifications

  • Demonstrated knowledge of financial services industry and related rules.
  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) & Conduct and Practice Handbook (CPH) are assets.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process client documentation and transaction requests.
  • Maintain the accuracy of the client contact database.
  • Book and prepare files for client meetings efficiently.
  • Liaise with Accountants and provide tax documents as required.
