Job description
Overview

Our Client celebrates 30 years of providing the Tsawwassen area with high-quality repairs on all makes and models of vehicles, including Tesla and other electric models. It is an ICBC-accredited Collision Repair Shop focused on getting you back on the road in pre-accident (or better) condition, with expertise in glass, body & mechanical repairs for both insurance and private pay clients.

What Makes Them Unique?

Unlike other Collision Shops that operate with a two-team repair system, this shop has operated with a three-team repair system for over 10 years, with all pre-repair disassembly done by a Mechanical / Electronics team. The vehicle is then transferred to the Repair team for structural and surface repair work. After the repairs are completed, the vehicle is sent to the Paint team and, finally, back to the Mechanical / Electronics team for assembly. Each of the three departments (four with Glass) resides in their own space, in 3 closely aligned buildings, each with a complete set of equipment necessary to perform their job duties. As a result, this shop rarely has to sublet services to external partners and can complete nearly all repairs (including those on EVs) in-house.

The Opportunity

Based on the growing volume of business, we are looking to add headcount to the Repair Team, which is why we are exclusively interested in meeting Red Seal Collision Repair Technicians. The successful candidate will be a body specialist, passionate about staying up-to-date on current industry trends and repair practices in an effort to deliver the best overall service possible.

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Delta, BC. Only current residents of Greater Vancouver with reliable transportation to and from the Delta area will be considered, as relocation assistance and / or international sponsorship are not offered at this time.

What’s in it for You?

A fast-paced, team-oriented environment where everyone is truly working toward a common goal of quality while being compensated with a competitive base salary of between $100k - $110k annually (this is not a flat rate or bonus-driven environment).

Monday-Friday position with REAL work / life balance. NO WEEKENDS!

Comprehensive Benefits Program at a shared cost AND a company RRSP program with company match - taking care of your present and future needs.

Ample opportunities for professional growth through ongoing training and potential for further advancement.
