About You
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skilled
  • Previous reception experience, preferably in a professional services firm
  • Ninja-like organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and re-prioritize like a pro
  • High levels of accountability and ownership with little oversight
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel)
  • Always eager to learn new technologies
  • Not afraid of change and working in a fast-paced environment
About the Gig

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring positive first impressions for our clients and contributing to the smooth operations of our reception area. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Answering telephone calls and greeting clients in a friendly, professional manner and directing them to the appropriate person
  • Sorting incoming and outcoming mail and faxes
  • Assisting with correspondence as required
  • Document audit, review, publishing and linking
  • Proofing financial statements
  • Special projects as assigned

This is a full-time 12-month contract position which will require some paid overtime on evenings and weekends during our busiest seasons. This position will report directly to our Admin Supervisors while working closely with all team members within the group.
