A leading Canadian retailer is offering a Summer 2026 Work Term for current undergraduate or graduate students in Brampton. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of presentation decks for senior management.
  • Identify, research, and track future opportunities.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure pipeline alignment.
  • Review site plans with internal and external partners.
  • Update existing databases with accurate information.
  • Learn and utilize internal databases and software.
  • Author Lease Summaries, including lease abstracts.
  • Track and update Financial Proformas.
  • Perform additional ad-hoc duties as assigned.
  • Travel for site visits within the Greater Toronto Area.
