Qualifications

  • A sound understanding of Electrical & Mechanical systems is essential.
  • Must have a valid driver's license in order to use a company fleet vehicle.

Responsibilities

  • Provide oversight and relationship role for assigned sites.
  • Act as the primary liaison for building issues.
  • Ensure service provider's objectives align with Rogers CRE objectives.
  • Support Rogers Project Management team with project planning.
  • Mentor and guide direct reports toward shared goals.

Skills

Excellent written and oral communication skills
Analytical and problem solving/troubleshooting skills
Very proficient in MS Office suite and SharePoint
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Solid organizational skills
Good work ethic

Education

BOMA Designation RPA or FMA
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Facilities or Property Management
