R&D Software Development Co-op

Location: Sydney, NS (in-office, must relocate)

Term: 16 week work term, full time (40 hours/week)

We are seeking a driven Computer Science co-op student from Dalhousie University to join our team. The ideal candidate is enrolled in a program that requires the completion of a co-op term.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious student to gain valuable experience working with our team of engineers, software developers, and other team members in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience & understanding with Java programming or other object-oriented language.
• Experience with 3D modeling and graphics would be a plus.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Experience with CAD software would be considered an asset.
• Be willing to locate to Sydney, NS for the duration of the co-op term.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• You have a goal-oriented personality and love to make things work!

• Full-time, permanent employment may be possible following completion of the student's degree.
