Overview

Work Term

Work Term: Winter 2026 for an 8 month (Jan - Aug) or 12 month (Jan - Dec) term.

Work Arrangement

Work Arrangement: Onsite (5 days per week, Mon - Fri).

Work Location

Work Location: 90 Belfield, Etobicoke M9W 1G4.

Responsibilities
  • Monitoring of operational performance metrics.
  • Summarizing and presenting reports.
  • Identification of operational issues.
  • Conducting root cause analysis and corrective action identification (problem solving activity).
  • Supporting process owners with change management.

Please note: the successful candidate will work primarily on the manufacturing plant floor as part of their role in quality assurance.

Qualifications
  • Pursuing a degree/diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering.
  • Is in registered co-op program and available from the Winter 2026 work term (8-12 Months)
  • Has key interest in engineering design and manufacturing.
  • Some manufacturing experience is an asset.
  • Can be proficient in Visual Basic
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A team player
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
