A leader in nuclear technology located in Kitchener is seeking a Quality Control Technician to ensure compliance with quality program requirements. Candidates must have a post-secondary diploma in NDE or Quality Technology, alongside 3–5 years of industry experience. As our Quality Control Technician, you will ensure compliance with BWXT’s quality program requirements on Field Services projects by performing independent verification of quality-related inspections. Reporting to the Quality Control Manager, this role works closely with Site Managers, Field Engineers, and Authorized Inspectors to maintain the highest standards of quality and safety.

This role requires the successful candidate to complete the security clearance process. The security clearance process is conducted in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements of the Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS) and the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission (CNSC) and may take up to 12 months to complete.

Base salary range for this position in Ontario at the start of employment is expected to be between $68,000 and $90,000 per year. The total compensation package may include other elements, such as an annual cash incentive and a full range of medical, retirement, and/or other benefits.
