You’ll work closely with internal teams to monitor performance, identify improvement opportunities, and uphold Aviva’s standards of excellence.

What you’ll do
  • Conduct regular audits of appraisal files to ensure compliance with internal guidelines and industry standards.
  • Customer facing reinspection of quality issues in repairs handled by contracted partners.
  • Identify trends, gaps, and training needs through data analysis and reporting.
  • Collaborate with Appraisal Leaders, Vendor Management and Claims teams to implement corrective actions and process improvements.
  • Support the development and refinement of QA frameworks, tools, and documentation.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to enhance quality and performance.
  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives to improve customer outcomes and operational efficiency.
What you'll bring
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in auto claims, appraisals, or quality assurance.
  • Strong understanding of insurance principles, estimating platforms (e.g., Audatex, Mitchell), and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Teams, SharePoint).
Preferred assets
  • CIP or related insurance designation.
  • 310B or equivalent license.
  • Experience with Mitchell or similar digital appraisal platforms.
  • Bilingual (English/French) is an asset.
