Job Description: The PT Preload Supervisor is responsible for planning, delegating, and reviewing the day‑to‑day area activities of the preload operations. They work with hourly and management staff and collaborate with support functions to address process, safety, staffing, training, and disciplinary issues.

Shift

• Permanent part time
• Monday – Friday (5 days a week)
• 04:00 AM – 09:30 AM approx. (flexible start/finish)

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitate training with new and current employees.
• Conduct and participate in group meetings.
• Coordinate evaluations with management.
• Determine best solutions for package concerns.
• Supervise daily activities of package handlers and clerks to ensure all assigned duties are completed safely and on time.
• Understand and consistently demonstrate UPS's high ethical standards and code of conduct.

Qualifications

• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with ability to multitask.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent – preferred.
• Management experience – preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• $20.45 per hour to start.
• Hourly wage; compensated weekly via direct deposit every Friday.
