What You'll Do

• Deliver a personalized, high-end shopping experience to our clientele
• Support visual merchandising and in-store presentation
• Stay up to date with luxury brand knowledge and product authenticity
• Responsible for a unique and incredible client experience every time. Every client is greeted & receives personalized attention.
• Achieve personal sales and outreach targets while supporting the goals of the team
• Build and foster lasting relationships with customers by providing a personalized client experience, including client outreach regarding in-store events, merchandise requests, sales follow-up, etc
• Liaise with suppliers and schedule selling appointments
• Brings & develops a client book

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of retail sales experience (luxury or fashion preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A polished, professional presence and a love for designer fashion
• Ability to work independently and handle high-value transactions
• Must be reliable, trustworthy, positive and team-oriented
• Knowledgeable and passionate about luxury fashion, brands and trends
• Proven ability to achieve sales objectives while delivering professional and honest service
• Great at developing relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues
• Ability to positively and proactively handle customer concerns and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer knowledge (word, e-mail, social media, POS systems)
• Can quickly learn new procedures and processes
• High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
• Second language an asset
