JELD-WEN is seeking a Provincial Sales Manager - Quebec to join our team. The Provincial Sales Manager for the provinces of Ontario, Quebec and Atlantic Region will align national and regional product and sales strategies, deliver on sales commitments and customer commitments, and provide leadership to a team of territory Sales Managers.
SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS :
The Provincial Sales Manager (PSM) role advises on solutions to complex customer problems and supports the company’s ability to deliver breakthrough sales and margin results. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales-Canada, the PSM develops and nurtures relationships with key customer decision makers and provides coaching and leadership to the sales team.
It is important to know the position is more than just a Sales Manager role. You will be part of the company’s senior management team and participate in strategic planning and cross functional support. The position requires leadership and team building skills including self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy and social skills.
