A leading construction firm in Toronto is actively seeking a Proposal Coordinator to support the development of proposals and manage the proposal process. You will engage with various internal teams to ensure compliance and quality in submissions while maintaining high standards. Ideal candidates will have project coordination experience in Telecom or Utility sectors and possess excellent communication abilities. This role offers hybrid working conditions and a competitive compensation package.
You are a Proposal Coordinator who is involved in the coordination of the development of expressions of interest, pre-qualifications, and requests for proposals. You take the lead in organizing all required groups, collecting and preparing the final documents for submission and the proposal writing and implementing the proposal process. You engage with business development, operations, estimating, commercial (insurance/risk), legal, quality, health, safety and environment, financial, and other shared services to ensure the timely delivery of a professional and compliant proposal. In addition, you are responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of proposal content.

$50, 000 - 60, 000 Annually
This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.
