This opportunity is ideal for someone who is operationally strong, financially astute, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment where close portfolio oversight and tenant engagement are critical.
This role is based in North York where you would work closely with the leadership and property team, you will oversee a growing portfolio of commercial office assets across the GTA and nationally. The role was created through continued investment and expansion and requires someone who enjoys being deeply involved in both the day‑to‑day operations and the financial performance of the properties.
You will build and maintain strong relationships with office tenants, oversee lease compliance and service delivery, manage operating budgets, track recoveries and CAM expenses, and identify opportunities to enhance asset performance. Regular site visits and a proactive, solutions‑driven approach are essential. Keeping regular contact with tenants and onsite teams.
This is a highly hands‑on and numerate role suited to someone who is comfortable working in detail across financials, reporting, and operational planning while ensuring an exceptional tenant experience. Being organised and having good communication will make you very successful in this position.
