Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle accounting experience preferably in property management.
• Proven record of stability and loyalty in previous roles.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting across multiple entities and GLs.
• Prepare and post journal entries, reconcile accounts, and oversee AP/AR.
• Conduct occupancy cost calculations and manage asset accounting.
