Project Manager, Civil Engineering

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of land and site development projects within budget and schedule, managing client expectations
  • Identify business development opportunities, lead proposal efforts, and understand industry and development in the London area
  • Manage day-to-day client interactions, communicate effectively, and seek opportunities to enhance client satisfaction
  • Oversee project execution, schedule time, and act as the main point of contact
  • Manage project financials, invoicing, payment certificates, and project budgets
  • Participate in business development activities and administer contract administration
  • Attend project meetings and handle other assigned duties

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 8 years in a project management role
  • C.E.T. or P.Eng. designation
  • Understanding of the Site Plan review process
  • Proficiency with MS Office
