Le candidat idéal doit avoir un baccalauréat en architecture ou en ingénierie, au moins cinq ans d'expérience et être un membre inscrit d'un ordre professionnel. Ce poste propose un modèle de travail hybride flexible, alliant travail à distance et en bureau, offrant ainsi une bonne qualité de vie professionnelle.

Qualifications

• Cinq (5) ans d'expérience en ingénierie ou en architecture.
• Membre de l'OIQ ou de l'OAQ.
• Certification PMP souhaitable.

Responsibilities

• Gérer toutes les étapes du projet, de l'appel d'offres à la clôture.
• Assurer le respect des besoins du client et du budget établi.
• Préparer et diriger les réunions de suivi avec le client.

Job Description

Mission

Our project management team is growing, and we’re looking for a project manager to work on a variety of institutional, industrial, mining, infrastructure or construction projects of all sizes. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for taking complete charge of all phases of a project.

We offer a flexible hybrid work model, enabling you to work from home and from one of our offices in the Quebec City Region or in Saguenay.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage all stages of the project, including the tendering process, coordination of the plans and specifications process, management of the construction phase, as well as commissioning and project closeout
• Ensure that the professionals involved respect customer needs and the established budget
• Intervene with managers to resolve issues that may affect profitability, schedules, suppliers or delivery deadlines
• Prepare and lead follow-up meetings with the customer and other partners to ensure that the project runs smoothly
• Participate in all operational and strategic project management activities
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or engineering
• Minimum five (5) years’ experience in engineering or architecture
• Member of Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ) or Ordre des architectes du Québec (OAQ)
• PMP certification (asset)
• Knowledge of construction and project management
• Fluent in French and in writing
• Fluent in English and in writing
