Our Project Delivery team is seeking a Project Manager based in our Lower Mainland offices in British Columbia. The Project Manager will coordinate and deliver transmission and substation projects for major utility clients efficiently and on schedule.

The role involves leading multidisciplinary projects across various Business Units and TPOs, with a focus on developing team members and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high standards. Key sectors include Industrial, Rail & Transit, Complex Buildings, Airports, Ports & Marine. The Project Manager reports to the Senior Project Delivery Manager and Business Unit Portfolio leads.

Your responsibilities include:

• Setting and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and technical standards.
• Developing work plans, identifying risks, and creating contingency strategies.
• Managing technical requirements and ensuring scope delivery.
• Understanding client needs and tailoring activities accordingly.
• Ensuring adherence to best practices, QA/QC, and QMS.
• Coordinating resources, promoting staff development, and fostering a positive environment.
• Building client relationships, identifying opportunities, and leading proposal efforts.

• Education: University degree or higher with 6+ years of experience in complex project delivery.
• Professional Registration: CAPM and/or PMP, or ability to obtain within a year. P. Eng. is an asset.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary projects on schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Client and stakeholder engagement experience.
• Experience with contracts, commercial activities, and proposals.
• Sector experience in buildings, power, ports & marine; healthcare or water industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English; bilingualism in French and English is an asset.
