Project Delivery Lead, Engineering - Personalization

This role sits within the Personalization domain of Canadian Banking Engineering team. It supports the delivery of enterprise-scale personalization initiatives across digital and offline channels. You will lead cross-functional delivery efforts across GTM (Go-To-Market) technology, marketing and sales enablement programs, and engineering support for personalized customer experiences. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in regulated industries, agile delivery, and a strong understanding of modern MarTech and Personalization platforms.

Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:
  • Lead the delivery of complex, multi-channel personalization programs across digital and assisted channels.
  • Manage cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, analytics, and vendor partners to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
  • Drive agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog grooming with a focus on business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and success metrics for the various initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and data governance standards throughout delivery.
  • Provide delivery oversight and remove blockers to enable team velocity and alignment.
  • Support engineering teams working on platforms such as Adobe Experience Platforms, Pega, Salesforce to list a few.
  • Champion continuous improvement and delivery excellence across the Personalization engineering portfolio.
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:
  • 10+ years of experience in delivery management within large enterprises, preferably in regulated industries (e.g., financial services, healthcare, telecom).
  • Proven track record of delivering personalization and GTM technology programs.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies; Scrum experience preferred.
  • Experience working with MarTech platforms including Adobe Experience Platform (AJO, RT‑CDP, Target), Pega CDH, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or any other GTM and Personalization platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive alignment across business and technical teams.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Familiarity with compliance, privacy, and data governance frameworks.
