Responsibilities

Through your effort and dedication and our hands on experience and training, this position will provide a path to transition from solely site supervision to a blend of Project Coordination (40%) and Estimating (60%).

In this role you will:

  • Provide Site Supervision
  • Perform Site Walkthroughs
  • Develop, Prepare and Present estimates (in conjunction with Senior Estimators)
  • As your skills develop, your responsibilities will transition to Estimation and Project Management.
  • Champion our safety culture and Morgan’s leading value by operating in a safe manner and leading by example in all areas of safety.
  • Maintain a courteous and professional relationship with clients. Respond to inquiries promptly and carry out work as required to satisfy client requests and project quality standards
  • Motivate, inspire, observe, and delegate tasks to crew.
  • Inspire productivity, promote training and cross training, and create a positive team culture.
  • Build a level of knowledge and understanding of safety practices, scheduling techniques, trade knowledge and employee engagement.
Qualifications

You bring:

  • Abatement Project experience
  • 2-5 Years Project Coordinator experience
  • Valid Asbestos Certificate
  • Previous Estimation experience is an asset but not required.
  • Strong Computer Skills, specifically with Excel and Word
  • Clean Drivers Abstract

Requirements

  • Must have (or be willing and able to obtain) required safety certificates.
  • Provide your own steel toed 6" lace up boots (CSA Approved)
  • Able to repetitively and safely lift up to 35 lbs.
  • Alcohol, Drug and fit to work testing is a pre-employment requirement.

Working Conditions

  • Will be working on a variety of constructions sites for demolition and rehabilitation.
  • Expect to handle noise and vibrations on the job.
  • Must be able to work up to 12 hours a day.
  • Must be able to work day or night shifts.
