Project Coordinator
Mechanical / Manufacturing & Field Operations
Durham Region (On-Site)
We’re partnering with a Durham Region–based mechanical / industrial engineering and manufacturing firm with over 30 years of proven success delivering custom, precision‑built solutions into regulated, safety‑critical environments across Canada and North America.
This organization designs, manufactures, and installs highly customized mechanical interior systems, operating out of a modern manufacturing facility and supporting an active field installation team. They are now adding a Project Coordinator — a role that is central to how the business operates and delivers for its clients.
This is not an administrative role. It is a high‑visibility coordination position that connects ownership, the shop, the field crews, and clients to ensure projects move forward on time, on budget, and with clarity.
The Project Coordinator acts as the operational hub between multiple stakeholders:
You will be responsible for keeping potentially dozens of active projects aligned, each at different stages ranging from estimating and planning to fabrication and installation.
This role requires someone who is highly organized, proactive, and confident communicating with trades and clients alike. You must be comfortable managing competing priorities, tracking timelines, and ensuring everyone has a clear line of sight on whats happening next.
