Job summary

Responsibilities
  • Proactively communicate and maintain open lines of communication when working with team members, trade partners, consultants and clients, providing exceptional client service.
  • Take pride in using and maintaining our innovative internal technology systems to manage project documentation.
  • Diligently assist with key documentation and drafting of contract award letters.
  • Be a stickler for detail and consistently ensure that key information is updated and distributed accordingly.
  • Maintain shop drawings, RFIs, material purchase orders, change notice quotes and project completion documents with meticulous organization.
  • Proactively adapt to all project changes, updating project presentations accordingly.
  • Take charge of project invoicing and ensure successful transmission to the Accounts Payable team.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of administrative experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
  • A College Diploma in Office Administration, or a combination of education and industry experience.
  • A knack for working with the MS Office suite.
Additional Assets
  • Previous knowledge of the construction industry.
  • Experience working with Procore.
